Aiden Kettle our Head Chef & the lucky Pug & Greyhound Pack have been hard at work tasting Aiden's culinary creations & now we would like to invite you to give us your feedback.
We have introduced an all new Small Plate section to start the feasting off, to include Bourbon & Honey Glazed Belly Pork, Prawn & Oak Smoked Salmon Gem Spoons & Chargrilled Halloumi with Chilli & Smoked Paprika oil but to name a few.
New dishes include our mouthwatering winter pies, my personal favourite is the 28 Day Dry Aged Beef Shin & House Ale Pie, we also have an Applewood Smoked Cheese, Onion, Leek & Potato Pie wrapped in a Perfect Pastry case.
The main event is the "Bradford Park Coal Fired Rotisserie", its a bespoke bit of kit from the Clay Oven Company & I would cook my breakfast on it if I could, a Dry Aged Slow Cooked Smoke Rubbed Brisket of Beef takes top spot on this section of the menu, along with our Half Corn Fed Chicken dish with a choice of sauces including Chimichuri, Bourbon BBQ or Rosemary & Garlic Butter, Moroccan spiced Cornish Lamb Rump & Spit Roasted Gammon Rib -Eye from Suffolk farmer, Jimmy Butler finishes off this section nicely.
Our Stone-Baked Pizza continues to be a much loved favourite at the P & G, with newcomers such as the Chilli Billy Calzone & Smoked Salmon Rah-Rah-ok-Yah pizza going down a treat.
To finish your dining experience with us a decent choice of winter desserts have been introduced such as the Sticky Toffee Pudding & Blackberry & Apple cobbler, to compliment the classic pub favourites.
The new wine is going down a treat too & we can't wait to share a glass (or 2) with you.
